Mr. Jeffers has 18 years in the IT industry and has served in a number of senior leadership roles for industry leading companies and government organizations. He attended undergraduate studies at Boston College and started his IT career in 1986 with New England Life Insurance Company. He has held long-term management and consulting positions with Fannie Mae, Price-Waterhouse, Marriott International and the Department of Energy and has recently established Top5 as one of the fastest growing IT consulting and staffing firms on the East Coast.
Steve Zielenski Vice President, Client Advocacy Practice
Mr. Zielenski has 25 years of international IT management experience in technology, telecommunications, media and consulting industries. Mr. Zielenski served as Senior Vice President of Sales, Services and Support for an international revenue management software provider acquired by Oracle in 2005. He as led IT sourcing and implementation efforts in excess of $1B over the past three years with major industry players. His experience includes: full P&L responsibilities, Operations, sales & marketing, Finance, HR, Program Management and Vendor Management/Optimization. IT/ERP program selection, negotiation and delivery experience. Steve's clients include The State of Ohio, The Commonwealth of Virginia, Raytheon, Terrestar, Laureate Education, Vodafone, the BBC, Nextel and others.
Thaddeus Haffey Vice President, Client Operations
Mr. Haffey has over 12 years of IT management consulting experience serving in multiple leadership roles in the industrial gases, hospitality, retail and small parcel industries and with multiple public sector agencies. After obtaining his Bachelor's degree from Stevens Institute of Technology, Mr. Haffey started his career with Accenture in 1997 where he successfully delivered multiple custom and ERP system implementation engagements for UPS, BOC Gases, TSA, Borden Chemical, and Dex Media. Mr. Haffey designed, developed, implemented and grew Top5's recruiting and account management operations for our consulting and managed services practices and has successfully delivered engagements to clients such as Marriott, The Home Depot, the States of Ohio and Virginia as well as Vacation Club International.
Jim Casey Vice President, Enterprise Application Development
Mr. Casey has over 20 years of experience in full life-cycle software development, testing, and delivery of enterprise wide business applications and technology solutions. His software development experience includes leading key programs delivering customer care, data warehouse, billing, and order management solutions to the Hospitality, Utilities, Telecom, and Financial Industries. Prior to Top5, Mr. Casey held executive and senior level positions at Cigital, Convergys, Oracle, Bell Atlantic, and several start up ventures. Jim also leads our software security and PCI compliance solutions group for the retail and hospitality industries.
